Happy Hour: From 11:00 PM until 12:00 AM (midnight) server time, player will be able to spend a to skip any training timer.
so a star, which buys me 20 minutes of training 24/7, will now be able to buy me the equivalent of up to 10 minutes of training? If I am willing to stay up until 11 PM?

Forgive me if I sound underwhelmed. This is even more pathetic than the "1 star for a friendly match on an unknown field that doesn't even gain you fame."

This might be interesting (for star-buyers) when they're close to midnight reset and still - let's say - 200 training minutes to go.

It's like spending $20 to buy a $10 bill.

I am missing this 10min vs 20min or spending $20 to buy $10.

I thought it meant that it was now one step closer to being just like S&F where you could spend a mushroom to skip the timer. A star will buy you 20min of training but that could be anywhere from 1 to 8 training sessions, depending on food buffs. So the normal 10 stars for training the additional 200 min could be as little as 20 stars if you had no training time reduction bonus and had all 20min training sessions to as much as 90 stars if you had 50% training time reduction and all 2.5min sessions in order to quickly get through the 200 minutes. Add another 5 to 40 for the original 100 minutes if you just wanted to get it all done lickety-split.

perhaps people were joining a club to look at tactics then leaving again to join another club. Reporting tactics and such to either former clubs or other clubs entirely. Clubs that have open invitations based on skill level would be very vulnerable to this.

you can't look at tactics until you've been made a least a regular member. And has this really been an issue?

I think it's because 2nd teams join the 1st league like The Blackhearts. Playa doesn't want people like Blazana to jump over to The Blackhearts to help them.

They already had the 24hr no fame penalty for hopping. Wow, I guess some people didn't care about fame at all. I know many think it has been relegated to the waste bin but I still find some value in it and will try to boost it for what little you do wind up getting from it.

EDIT: So anyhoo...
Not sure that penalty amounts to much of a penalty. Since I have only belonged to 1 (?) team, I wouldn't know what it is like to hop. I cannot remember if I was on another team when I first started or not. All I do remember is starting out as a middie, mentioning about cross-training and then when the whiskey buzz wore off I found myself chained to a goal post. Been here ever since.
